Retail Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Your duties will include greeting customers, assisting with product selection, and answering inquiries regarding merchandise. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and restocked as needed.

Additionally, you will handle transactions at the cash register, process payments, and manage returns or exchanges efficiently. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members are essential for success in this position. Previous retail experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
