About the role
Dimensions is looking for a full-time Support Worker (37.5 hours a week plus sleep-ins) in Eastleigh (SO50), near Southampton, to support a man with autism and learning disabilities in his own supported living home. He communicates without words and loves long walks, meals out, bowling and exploring.
What you will do:
- Help with meal preparation, shopping and household tasks
- Give personal care and support with medication
- Encourage the activities he enjoys and help him make his own choices
- Give 1:1 support, including lone working

Pay stated by the employer: £13.71 per hour.
