About the role
Production Supervisor – Evening Shift
Co. Tyrone
£DOE
4pm – 12am
Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client based in Co. Tyrone to recruit a Production Supervisor covering the evening shift.
As the successful Production Supervisor, you will oversee a team of 10. You will be directly responsible for managing the operations of a shift consistent with production efficiency; good hygiene, food safety, quality and health and safety.
What We Require:
- Previous experience in a production supervisory or team lead role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong people management skills, including holiday management, absence management, and performance management.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Good computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
