Reeson Education is seeking a Level 3 EYP for ASAP opportunities across the borough of Havering, East London, including Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster and Rainham.

• Pay: 14.25- 16.65 per hour, depending on experience and assignment.

Your Role as a Level 3 EYP

Working as a Level 3 EYP, you will support learning through play while keeping children's care and wellbeing at the centre of the day.

• Lead age-appropriate stories, creative activities and practical play that encourage participation.
• Support communication, personal and social development through everyday interactions.
• Observe progress and contribute to planning that reflects children's individual needs.
• Follow safeguarding, hygiene and care procedures and communicate clearly with families and staff.

What We Are Looking For in a Level 3 EYP

• An essential Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
• A dependable Level 3 EYP with experience supporting young children in an early years setting.
• Understanding of the EYFS and confidence combining engaging activities with consistent care routines.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one, alongside satisfactory safeguarding checks.
