Recovery Communities Manager Salary: 31,365 per annumHours: 37.5 hours per weekContract: PermanentLocation: Basingstoke, Hampshire (countywide travel required)About the Role Our client is seeking a Recovery Communities Manager to lead and develop recovery communities across Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity to build strong recovery networks, support individuals with lived experience, and work with partners to promote recovery and reduce stigma. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow recovery communities across Hampshire.Recruit, train and support Recovery Ambassadors.Build partnerships with local organisations, employers and community groups.Champion lived experience and co–production within service delivery.Lead community engagement and stigma reduction initiatives.Provide leadership to ensure high–quality, recovery–focused support.Requirements Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle with business insurance.Ability to travel across Hampshire and work occasional evenings and weekends.Passion for recovery, community development and supporting positive outcomes.
