Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment, and assisting customers with their inquiries. Your duties will include greeting customers as they enter the store, maintaining product displays, and ensuring that the sales floor is clean and organized. You will also assist customers in locating products, provide recommendations, and process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.

To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for retail and a strong understanding of customer needs. You will work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience. Other key responsibilities include restocking shelves, managing inventory, and participating in promotional activities. We are looking for candidates who have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Previous retail experience is a plus but not required, as we are willing to provide training to the right candidate.
