Warehouse Operative – Hams Hall – £12.71 Per Hour – Days & Afternoons

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Hams Hall.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering £12.71 per hour, a choice of morning or afternoon shifts, five working days per week and regular ongoing work within a busy co-packaging operation.

£12.71 Per Hour | Choice of Shifts | 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00 | 5 Days Per Week | Ongoing Work | LLOP Licence Not Essential

This position is ideal for applicants who have previously worked as a Warehouse Operative, Co-Packing Operative, Repacking Operative, Picker Packer, Packing Operative or Warehouse Assistant.

Shifts

• Morning shift: 06:00–14:00
• Afternoon shift: 14:00–22:00
• Five working days per week
• Choice of morning or afternoon shifts
• Rotating working days

Rates of Pay

• £12.71 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Repackaging and co-packaging various products
• Labelling goods accurately
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Checking products meet quality and presentation standards
• Ensuring orders are completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment
• Working efficiently as part of a busy warehouse team
• Following workplace procedures and health and safety guidelines

Essential Skills

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:

• Good attention to detail
• A reliable and hardworking approach
• Ability to work efficiently within a busy warehouse environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work five days per week on rotating working days
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards

Desirable Experience

• Previous warehouse or co-packaging experience
• Experience in repackaging, labelling, picking and packing
• A valid LLOP licence (preferred but not essential)

Training Provided

• Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
