About the role
Project Coordinator | London – Hybrid | £30,000–£38,000 DOE
A leading professional services firm is seeking a Project Coordinator to support its Project Management team. As Project Coordinator, you’ll gain broad business exposure while building your organisational skills.
The role:
- Coordinate client projects by scheduling meetings and interviews
- Help prepare client and internal documents, including project updates and reports
- Support follow-up with clients after a project ends, including feedback sessions and case studies
- Schedule business development meetings for the Partners
- Arrange travel, restaurant reservations and external room bookings
- Support company offsite, social events and client events
- Provide administrative support to the wider teams
- Take part in training on the firm’s processes, tools and operations
About you:
- Experience in an administrative or support role, ideally in a corporate setting
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and keen to learn new systems such as CRM
- Proactive, with a genuine willingness to learn
- Great communicator and collaborative team player
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Salary:
- £30,000–£38,000 depending on experience
