Experienced document controller for high-end Mayfair project

An experienced, highly capable document controller is required as soon as possible for an exclusive, high-end residential project in Mayfair, Central London. The role is initially a 12 month contract but may well lead into 18 months work, involving: * diligent quality control, forensically accurate record-keeping to ensure legal and contractual compliance * maintaining all drawings, recording amendments and adaptations, and the release, recording and reporting of all data accordingly * building and maintaining excellent relationships with the client and contractors The role will be split between development (working for the client's representative on the delivery of communal spaces) and procurement (the main element of work - for construction management on the delivery of the communal spa). Due to the nature and sensitivity of works a Non-Disclosure Agreement will need to be signed before the role commences. Previous relevant experience plus first-rate presentational and communications skills (both oral and written) are essential. xjnqpsq A working knowledge of ACONEX is preferred. Hours of work are 09.00 to 17.00 with the scope for some flexibility as the role progresses - however most of the working day will be spent on-site
