We are looking for Factory Operatives in Malvern for full time, ongoing work on a day shift.

The successful candidate will have:

• The ability to work as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Previous manufacturing or production experience (beneficial but not essential)

Duties Include:

• Loading and unloading materials onto production machinery
• Monitoring production processes and maintaining quality standards
• Conducting quality checks on finished products
• Accurately recording production data and information
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

Working Hours:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• 07:45-15:45

Pay Rates:

• £12.71 per hour
• £16.94 per hour after 8.5 hours per day
• £19.06 per hour after 10.5 hours per day
