About the role
King's Lynn PCN is seeking two experienced first contact physiotherapists (FCPs) to deliver a high-quality musculoskeletal (MSK) assessment and management service for patients across our primary care network (PCN), which serves approximately 70,000 patients.
Based primarily at King's Lynn Health Hub, with sessions across participating GP practices, you will provide:
- Expert face-to-face assessment
- Diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation for patients presenting with MSK and other appropriate conditions
- Working autonomously within your professional scope of practice, you will support patients to self-manage their conditions, reduce unnecessary referrals and improve access to specialist MSK care
The post holder will utilise SystmOne across the PCN, manage their own clinical caseload, complete referrals and investigations where appropriate, and contribute to the ongoing development of high-quality, patient-centred services.
