- About the role: - We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and highly motivated individual to support a pupil with complex needs at Chickerell Primary Academy.
The successful candidate will be required to:- Establish constructive relationships with the pupil and encourage interaction with others
- To promote inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being.
- Liaise with other professionals both within and outside the school
- Show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given situations with integrity and compassion
