Help break down barriers and support people to live the lives they choose.

We're looking for support workers to join our residential team at Monks Dyke Road in Louth, supporting seven people with complex learning disabilities and sensory loss to live fulfilled lives with new experiences, choices, and inclusive opportunities. This is a permanent role with flexible hours available from 7 to 37.5 hours per week, paying £13.00 per hour. Shift patterns can be discussed at interview.

A driving licence is desirable for this role. Please note: if you live outside of Louth, you will need access to your own vehicle for early and late shifts as public transport in the area is very limited.
