CIVILS WORKING FOREMAN CENTRAL NORWICH Immediate Start Ongoing Contract (up to 2 years work) Hourly Rate - GBP25- GBP27 per hour (CIS) ARC are recruiting for an experienced Civils Working Foreman to join an ongoing civils project in Central Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Working Foreman with a strong civils and groundworks background, who can lead a gang of 8 groundworkers and machine operators while remaining actively involved in the works on site. The Role: Supervising and supporting a gang of 8 groundworkers and machine operatorsTaking a hands-on approach to daily civils and groundworks activitiesCoordinating the workforce to ensure works are completed safely and efficientlyMonitoring progress and ensuring work is completed to programme and specificationMaintaining high standards of health & safety and site housekeepingLiaising with site management and reporting on progress and any issues Requirements: Previous experience as a Civils Working Foreman or Working SupervisorStrong background in civils, groundworks and infrastructure projectsSSSTS or SMSTSCSCS cardFirst AidExperience supervising groundworkers and machine operators360 Excavator ticket would be advantageousA hands-on approach with the ability to lead and motivate a gang What's on Offer: Immediate start availableOngoing contractCompetitive daily rate, dependent on experienceOpportunity to work on an established civils projectLong-term opportunities available To apply, please send your CV to (url removed) or call (phone number removed) for more information.
