Forklift Driver – 4 Day Week Are you a skilled Forklift Driver looking for a fantastic opportunity to balance your work and personal life? Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Operating a forklift truck and other relevant equipment for onsite component/equipment movements. Loading boxes, crates, skids, frames etc. for waste disposal.Complete necessary paperwork relating to component equipment movements.Inspects, maintains and operates machinery within relevant company guidelines.Compliance with safety and quality standards.Compliance with 5S programme and other business improvement initiatives.Display behaviour and conduct fitting with our Values in Action.Train other employees if and when required.Any other appropriate duties. Hours of work and salary: Basic Pay/Holiday Pay Rate : 14.84 per hour Night Shift Pay Rate : 19.97 per hourOvertime Rate OT1.5 : 22.26 per hourOvertime Rate OT2.0 : 29.68 per hour Required Qualifications: Forklift license and previous relevant experienceThe ability to follow and comprehend verbal, specific and detailed procedures and work instructions as well as basic arithmetic calculations in order to perform the duties described above.Good communication skills, experience working in a team environmentAbility to work reasonable amounts of overtime and various shift patterns Desired Qualifications: Reasonable level of computer literacyPrevious experience working in a lean environment.Ability to prioritise and organise sequence of work on occasion.
