A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy HR team based primarily at the Bar Hill Operations site. This role has become available due to a team member leaving and offers the chance to make an immediate impact within a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Advising managers on employee relations matters
- Managing disciplinary, grievance and absence cases
- Supporting investigations and HR casework
- Coaching managers on HR policies and best practice
- Supporting recruitment and wider HR activities
- Previous HR Advisor experience
- Strong employee relations knowledge
- Experience handling disciplinary, grievance and absence management cases
- Confident building relationships and influencing managers
- Able to work independently and hit the ground running
- Salary up to £40,000
- Temporary, temp-to-perm or permanent options available
- Primarily office-based in Bar Hill
- Hybrid working available (4 days office, 1 day home)
