OT Cybersecurity Transformation Lead
Outside IR35 | Open to Day Rates | Initial 6-Month Contract | UK-Based Hybrid
We’re supporting a global manufacturing organisation as they embark on the next phase of their OT cybersecurity transformation programme.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced OT Cybersecurity Transformation Lead to take ownership of a business-critical programme, establishing governance, driving remediation activity, and building the operating model required to manage OT cyber risk across a global manufacturing estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead an organisation-wide OT cybersecurity transformation programme.
- Translate OT security assessments into prioritised remediation plans.
- Establish OT governance, policies, standards and reporting frameworks.
- Build and maintain an OT cyber risk management framework.
- Engage with senior stakeholders across Technology, Cyber Security, Manufacturing and Operations.
- Manage specialist suppliers and remediation partners.
- Define a sustainable long-term OT security operating model.
We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading OT or Industrial Cyber Security transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT), ICS and manufacturing environments.
- Experience delivering OT governance, risk management and remediation initiatives.
- Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST CSF or similar frameworks.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
