- Work with internal and external partners to support ongoing delivery, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support testing, business readiness, training, and user adoption activities.
- Monitor delivery performance and help identify opportunities to improve business processes and user experience.
- Quickly develop a strong understanding of PLM processes, product development workflows, and the PLM solution to become an effective member of the programme team.
- Contribute to the successful transition from programme delivery into business-as-usual support and enhancement.
You will need to have:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience managing complex requirements and delivery challenges.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience working with Business Analysts, architects, developers, vendors, and delivery partners to deliver technology solutions.
- Well organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage work independently.
- Experience within Fashion, Retail, or Product Development functions is desirable.
- Understanding of product development, sourcing, costing, and PLM processes would be beneficial.
- Previous experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation programmes is advantageous.
