Supply Chain Planner

Location: Cuper, Fife
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Planner to join a well-established business in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and analytical individual to play a key role in managing supply chain operations, ensuring raw materials, imported produce and accurate ERP system information are available to support production requirements and the timely delivery of customer orders.

The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and confident communicating with different teams to help maintain efficient processes and drive performance.

• Manage and coordinate supply chain planning processes to ensure material availability.

• Monitor stock levels of raw materials and imported produce to meet operational and customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the ERP system.

• Support the timely fulfilment and delivery of customer orders.

• Work closely with internal teams to improve communication, planning and overall performance.

• Identify potential supply chain issues and take a proactive approach to resolving them.

• Help ensure processes and procedures are followed effectively.

• Previous experience in supply chain planning, stock control or a similar role.

• Excellent planning and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.

• Good analytical and numerical skills.

• Confident using Microsoft Excel and other computer-based systems.

• Experience using an ERP system would be advantageous.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to positively influence team performance.

• A proactive, inquisitive and forward-thinking approach.

• Flexible, resilient and able to adapt to changing priorities.

• A quick learner who enjoys working in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

The role is based on 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00.

Some flexibility will be required, including occasional weekend cover to accommodate team holidays.
