About the role
What you’ll be doing
- Managing recruitment end to end: posting vacancies, screening candidates, holding first-stage interviews, arranging schedules and issuing offer letters and contracts
- Leading onboarding and induction for all new starters, plus exit interviews for leavers
- Preparing and managing outsourced monthly payroll for the UK and European markets
- Administering benefits across the UK and European markets.
- Keeping employee records and HR systems up to date and GDPR-compliant, and producing monthly headcount and recruitment reports
- A degree plus at least 1 year of HR experience, or 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Previous payroll processing experience; European payroll and benefits experience is a big plus
- CIPD qualified or part qualified is preferred
- Experience with ADP and SuccessFactors is desirable, along with strong Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially under deadline pressure
- A skilled multi-tasker who stays calm in a fast-paced environment
- A confident communicator who can build relationships at every level, up to Director and VP
- Proactive and self-motivated, taking ownership with minimal direction
- Keen to improve processes and bring fresh ideas
