Are you an Administrator looking for full training to become a Project Assistant?

Do you have an organised approach to work, good communication skills and the experience to assist Project Managers on their day to day operations?

This growing construction company with 30 employees and a family feel environment, supply into Pharmaceutical and Plant Manufacturing businesses along with various other exciting industries.

The ideal candidate will be commutable to York, and have administrative experience within a similar industry.

This role:

• Provide day to day administrative and project support
• Arrange bookings on behalf of the Project teams
• Liaise with designers and flagging faults
• Maintain project documents and assist with document control
• Monitor expiry dates and flag important deadlines
