The Role:
As a Customer Coordinator, you’ll provide day-to-day support to customers while helping to ensure enquiries, administration and internal processes are managed efficiently.

Your responsibilities are likely to include:

• Acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries
• Providing high-quality customer service via telephone and email
• Coordinating customer requirements and keeping information up to date
• Managing general administration and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with colleagues and customers to resolve queries
• Supporting a busy team with changing priorities and workloads
• Using internal systems and Microsoft Office to manage information

About you:
We’d love to hear from candidates who have:

• Previous experience within customer service, administration or a coordination role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A proactive, helpful and customer-focused approach
• Confidence working across different systems and processes
• The ability to prioritise and work effectively within a busy team

Experience within a training or similarly service-led environment would be beneficial, although candidates from other sectors with transferable skills are also encouraged to apply.
