Site Manager

We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Construction team based in Exeter, Devon.

Location: Exeter, Devon
Hours: Full-time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering projects that maximise customer satisfaction and achieve business goals. Your day to day will include:

• Implementing and complying with health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and legal requirements
• Leading, managing and motivating site operational staff to ensure full contribution to the organisation
• Managing operational communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
• Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients through and beyond construction to satisfactory completion
• Implementing operational project plans and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions

What are we looking for?

This role of Site Manager is great for you if:

• You hold a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card and Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
• You have demonstrable experience in a site management role
• You are qualified and/or have proven experience in leading operational projects
• You are professionally qualified or working towards membership of a Professional Body
• You are an excellent communicator who can influence at all levels, highly organised and driven to achieve high levels of customer and client satisfaction
