Practice Support Assistant
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours: 9:30am - 5:30pm
Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day home
Location: City of London
We are recruiting Practice Support Assistants to join a highly regarded London law firm on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some existing legal office administration experience looking to develop their career within a professional and supportive environment.
The Role:
Providing day-to-day administrative support to lawyers and the wider team
Assisting with file opening, closing and general file management
Document production, formatting, scanning and filing
Supporting with general correspondence and administrative tasks
Helping to ensure the smooth running of the team
About You:
Previous office-based administration experience is essential
Some experience within a law firm/legal environment is highly desirable
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, professional and keen to develop within legal support
