We’re looking for an accomplished Senior National Account Manager to take ownership of a major strategic relationship with Morrisons, with a clear opportunity to broaden and deepen the partnership across both branded and own-label.
This is a high-profile commercial role offering significant visibility, genuine customer ownership and the opportunity to influence growth across a diverse portfolio.

You’ll take the lead on the Morrisons relationship, shaping a multi-year customer strategy focused on revenue, margin, distribution, range and innovation.
Key priorities include:

• Owning and developing the senior customer relationship
• Driving profitable growth across branded and own-label portfolios
• Identifying opportunities to expand into new categories
• Leading annual terms, pricing, investment, range and promotional negotiations
• Creating compelling customer plans informed by insight
• Mobilising Category, Marketing, NPD, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations behind the strategy

This isn’t simply about managing an established account. There is genuine scope to broaden the relationship and create new avenues for growth.

About you
What we’re looking for
You’ll be a commercially strong FMCG account professional with:

• Proven ownership of a major UK grocery account
• Strong branded FMCG experience alongside an understanding of own-label
• A track record of developing strategic customer plans and delivering profitable growth
• Strong negotiation and senior stakeholder management capability
• The ability to turn customer and category insight into commercial opportunities
• Food, protein, chilled or frozen experience would be advantageous
