About the role
Contract: 6 months, starting 7 December 2026
Location: King’s Cross, London — 3 days onsite per week
Pay: £28 per hour PAYE, plus a 10% company bonus
We’re seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support process improvement across the IT asset supply chain for a global technology organisation. The role sits across operations, compliance and analytics, helping improve processes throughout the asset lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Map existing processes, gather stakeholder requirements and identify gaps.
- Create process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Support initiatives to improve device returns and end-of-life asset processing.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation.
- Handle regional operational tickets and cross-functional requests.
- Analyse data, prepare reports and present performance metrics.
- Manage several projects and adapt as priorities change.
- Around 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in logistics, supply chain or warehouse operations.
- Experience with process mapping, operational improvement or business analysis.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Confidence working with operational data and managing competing priorities.
- Experience in logistics or warehouse technology would be useful.
