As Financial Controller you will oversee the financial reporting, producing the month end packs for Brusco and Karimix and consolidating the Group accounts. You will provide timely and accurate management information, adding value and strategic insight for the leadership team and shareholders, and support FP&A activity across the Group.
Reporting to the Managing Director of Brusco, you will ensure the day to day running of the Finance team including hiring, inducting, coaching, developing and motivating team members, delegating tasks with direction and support, and resolving or escalating any issues. Continuous process and system improvement ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of all Finance team activity.
As a key member of Brusco's Senior Management team, the Financial Controller contributes to commercial and strategic business planning.
