£12.71 per hour
Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm

The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Warrington. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in the production and assembly of products to required specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating machinery to cut materials to required measurements.
- Assembling products using production equipment and tools.
- Reading and following production drawings and measurements.
- Building products to the correct scale and specification.
- Stacking and organising completed products ready for the next stage of production.
- Passing completed work to other departments for further processing.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
- Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling duties.
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Willing to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
Desirable:
- Experience using hand or power tools.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
