Supporting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery Helping pupils with their learning, confidence and development Providing one–to–one and small–group support where needed Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a safe, inclusive learning environment Supporting pupils with additional needs and adapting to individual learning styles Assisting with classroom preparation and day–to–day activities What we're looking for: A positive, patient and caring attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliability, flexibility and a genuine passion for education Experience working with children is desirable Whether you're an experienced TA or looking to build your experience in education, we'd love to hear from you!
