About the role
Portfolio Procurement has been engaged by our Kent based client to recruit for a Procurement Manager. The role: You will be tasked with the strategic procurement of goods and services and ensuring all internal stakeholders are successfully advised and guided. Key Responsibilities: To implement policies and proceduresPlan and procure services, goods, and equipmentManagement of all supplier contractsTrain and manage other members of the procurement teamWork closely with internal stakeholders and resolve any queriesEnsure that all required stock is on site when neededMaintain strong relationships with suppliers Skills and Experience required: At least 3 years' experience in a Procurement departmentPrevious management/leadership experienceMust have worked in a highly regulated procurement departmentStrong negotiation and supplier management experienceCIPS or Degree level qualification INDPRO 52530DH The Portfolio Group are acting on behalf of our client in recruiting for this position.
