Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a varied and influential role that combines financial control, commercial support and team leadership. You'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate reporting and robust controls, while providing valuable insight to support business performance and decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across both the operational and financial sides of a business and is looking to make a tangible impact. Key Responsibilities Preparation and review of monthly management accountsOwnership of budgeting, forecasting and cash flow managementReview of VAT returns and group balance sheet reconciliationsBusiness partnering with operational stakeholders across the organisationIdentifying opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reportingLeading, mentoring and developing the finance teamSupporting the Finance Director on a range of strategic and operational initiatives About You We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys taking ownership and driving improvements.
