About the Role Due to our expanding team, we are seeking a dentist to join a high-end, award-winning, fully private independent dental clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, evidence-based practice that values clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. The clinic prides itself on combining clinical excellence with a high-end, spa-like patient experience. Schedule: 3/4 days per week (any weekday) Hours: 9:00 am 7:30 pm 1-hour lunch break (1-2pm ) 30-minute evening break Benefits Established plan patient list to take over Fee-per-item model Gross earnings up to £12,000/£15,000 per month minimum Access to advanced equipment: Medit Scanner, Wireless X-Ray System, WaveOne endo Free use of hygienist supported by a professional reception team Experienced dental nurses on-site Mentorship from the Principal Dentist to enhance your skills Bur kits and air abrasion provided Styleitaliano kits available Free use of practice SLR camera Internal hands-on study days led by the Principal Dentist (topics include rubber dam isolation, SLR camera setup, composite quad, and anterior layering) A lot of support to advance/learn new skills Requirements Minimum of 2 years post-FD experience Strong communication skills and adaptability Commitment to high standards our patients have high expectations, and all work carries a 2-year warranty Motivation to learn and follow advanced general dentistry techniques (Styleitaliano workflow) Evidence of ongoing learning and course attendance Ideally, a clinical portfolio or cases to discuss Our Ethos This position is not for those looking to cut corners.
