Our Repairs team plays a vital role in maintaining and preparing our properties to ensure they are ready for tenants to move into. The role of Carpenter Multi Skilled, within the Voids team, is to deliver Multi-Skilled Carpentry repairs and to carry out other relevant building maintenance works, as successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience and capability in Multi-Skilled Carpentry works. You will be capable of working independently but also as a key part of a work is planned and issued electronically; training will be given in this, but basic IT skills are a necessity.
