The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the strategic bridge between Veeva and leading global life sciences organizations, empowering them to maximize the value of Veeva’s industry-defining Pharmacovigilance (PV) suite. In this role, you won’t just be a member of the account team - you will be a trusted advisor and PV expert. You’ll partner directly with customers’ executive stakeholders and PV leaders to understand their vision and operational challenges, while helping them to unlock the full potential of their investments. You’ll be an active member of a cross functional team to champion the voice of the customer, proactively drive product enablement to fit customers’ goals/needs, and turn complex PV challenges into streamlined success stories.
