Brook Street Social Care is recruiting Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities in supported living services across Kettering.

The Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
- Support cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting.
- Encourage independence, choice and community participation.
- Support with medication and healthcare appointments.
- Promote safeguarding, dignity and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate care records and follow support plans.
What We're Looking For

- Reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to provide personal care.
- Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to travel reliably to services in and around Kettering.
