About the role
Cosz Enterprise UK Ltd is a UK-based cosmetics and beauty products company specialising in cosmetics, perfumes, skincare products, makeup accessories, and private-label OEM and OBM products.
We work with manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors and private-label customers across the UK and international markets.
As part of our continued business development, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to develop new business opportunities, expand our client base and strengthen our commercial partnerships in the UK and global markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies targeting the UK and global markets in the cosmetics and beauty sector.
- Identify and acquire new clients through market research, networking and participation in trade events.
- Conduct commercial and financial analysis, including product costs, pricing and margins, to support profitable business growth.
- Apply financial and accounting knowledge to support commercial planning, budgeting and pricing decisions.
- Build and manage partnerships with distributors, retailers and private-label clients worldwide.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to align offerings with market demand and client requirements.
- Monitor industry and competitor trends to identify new markets and commercial opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals and negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial terms with international clients.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, International Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in business development, B2B sales, account management or commercial operations.
- Experience in cosmetics, beauty products, private-label/OEM/OBM products or international trade would be advantageous
