Site Manager
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily site operations across general civil engineering projects, including highways, roadworks and public realm schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site teams, subcontractors and daily operations.
- Oversee highways, drainage, kerbing, paving and roadworks.
- Monitor progress and ensure works are delivered on programme.
- Maintain health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers and clients.
Requirements
- Proven Site Management experience within general civils.
- Highways, roads and/or public realm experience.
- SMSTS certification.
- Valid Gold or Black CSCS card.
- Valid First Aid certificate.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
