We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Garden Maintenance Operative to join our team. 🌱 Skills & Experience Required: * Professional garden maintenance experience * Mowing, strimming, hedge cutting and leaf blowing * Pruning shrubs, roses and climbers * Good plant knowledge * Weeding, planting and flower bed maintenance * Confident using garden machinery and equipment * Ability to maintain gardens to a high standard ✅ Essential Requirements: * Full UK driving licence * Excellent timekeeping and reliability * Hardworking, self-motivated and physically fit * Good communication and customer service skills * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Happy working outdoors in all weather conditions * Must be able to make their own way to our base in Reading every morning 💷 What We Offer: * Self-employed position * Monday to Friday work * Regular, ongoing work * Competitive rates of pay depending on experience * Immediate start available ⭐ RELIABILITY AND PUNCTUALITY ARE ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL.
