About the role
I'm currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to join the operational team of a leading BTR business.This is a hands-on role where you'll be the go-to person for all maintenance on site, keeping buildings, grounds, amenities and communal areas clean, safe and working properly. You'll also be a friendly face for residents, so great customer service matters as much as technical skill.What you'll be doing:Completing work orders raised from resident requestsDiagnosing faults and carrying out repairs in line with policies, procedures and safety standardsCarrying out inspections, repairs and general upkeep of apartments and communal spacesKeeping accurate records and completing service documentation on timeDelivering excellent customer service in every resident interactionWorking as part of a collaborative, open teamWhat I'm looking for:Experience in maintenance or a similar technical tradeA track record of great customer service in a resident-facing roleExcellent written and spoken EnglishStrong organisational and communication skillsA professional, approachable and well-mannered styleA proactive team player who pays attention to detail and follows proceduresIf you're a hands-on technician who enjoys looking after people as well as properties, I'd love to hear from you.
