Our client has been serving the local community for over 190 years offering services within Wills, Probate, Conveyancing - both residential and commercial, Litigation, Employment and Family law. They enjoy dealing with their clients in an informal and friendly way, emphasising the human approach to what can often be stressful situations.

Key Responsibilities for this Private Client Solicitor role - 

• Probate - dealing with new enquiries, taking instructions, preparing inheritance tax forms, preparing administration accounts
• Wills - dealing with new enquiries, preparing and drafting of wills, execution of wills
• Lasting powers of attorney

Qualifications and Experience for this Private Client Solicitor role:

• Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales, with 1-3 years PQE in Private Client, Wills and Probate
• Able to handle and manage a full caseload
• Proven track record of billing consistently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Benefits for this Private Client Solicitor role:

• Salary £50,000 - £60,000
• Office based role initially with flexibility after probation
