About the role
We are currently working exclusively with a global hospitality business who are in need of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team on a temp to perm basis. You will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, managing expenses, and supporting weekly payment runs to ensure accurate and timely payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify supplier invoices accurately and on time
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice/payment queries
- Process food & beverage invoices and export data between the in-house system
- Review employee and company credit card expenses, including VAT checks
- Manage the Accounts Payable inbox and supplier communications
- Prepare and support weekly payment runs
- Distribute post and assist with ad hoc finance projects
- Minimum 1 year of Accounts Payable or similar finance experience
- Experience with ERP systems (Sage preferred but not essential)
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
The role is paying 33K once it goes permanent
