Job Title: German speaking Pre-Construction Manager Location: Bristol, hybrid Position: Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday Salary: up to GBP50,000 DOE This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading German design-and-build contractor specialising in complex construction projects across the UK and Europe. As a German speaking Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are effectively planned, procured and coordinated before reaching the construction phase, working closely with internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors. As the German speaking Pre-Construction Manager, you will: Coordinate pre-construction activities to support successful project delivery Manage supplier and subcontractor engagement, procurement and contractual documentation Plan logistics and transportation requirements in line with project schedules Provide technical support and guidance throughout the pre-construction process Liaise with project teams to ensure effective planning, quality and resource coordination Support commercial activities including variations, quotations and project administration And more!
