We're looking for Bartenders to join the team at The Blues Kitchen, Brixton

The Blues Kitchen is one of London's most loved music and hospitality venues. Think incredible cocktails, an extensive whisky collection, Southern-inspired food and live blues, soul and funk, all under one roof. Our bars are right at the centre of the action. From busy weekend brunches to packed-out Saturday nights, there's always something happening. It's fast-paced, full of personality and a great place to develop your skills behind the bar.

We're looking for bartenders who love what they do. People with energy, confidence and a genuine interest in drinks and hospitality. You'll need to know your way around a cocktail shaker, enjoy meeting new people and thrive when the bar gets busy.

What You'll Be Doing

• Making brilliant cocktails, pouring drinks and delivering consistently great service
• Working behind a busy, high-energy bar where speed, quality and personality all matter
• Bringing warmth, confidence and personality to every guest interaction
• Building your knowledge of cocktails, spirits and our extensive whisky selection
• Keeping the bar stocked, organised and ready for a busy service
• Working closely with the bar and floor teams to keep everything running smoothly
• Bringing energy to the team and helping create the atmosphere The Blues Kitchen is known for

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in a busy bar or cocktail bar
• Confidence making classic cocktails, even when the bar is three deep
• A genuine interest in cocktails, spirits and great hospitality
• Someone warm, charismatic and comfortable talking to anyone
• The ability to work quickly without compromising on quality
• A positive attitude and a strong team mentality
• Someone who wants to learn, improve and develop their skills

What to Expect

• £12.75 per hour plus tronc, with a total package typically between £12.75 and £14.50 per hour
• Regular pay – hourly wages paid fortnightly on Fridays, with tronc paid on the last Friday of each month
