The business is well known in its markets, has a loyal customer base, and runs established teams across each of its offices.The roleAs Area Sales Director, you'll take responsibility for five offices across South West London. You'll lead the branch managers and their teams, set the direction for the area and make sure each office hits its targets. It's a senior position with real influence over how the area performs, and the earnings potential reflects that.This opportunity is open to current Area Directors, as well as branch managers running a high-performing single office who are ready to step up.What you'll be doingOverseeing sales performance across five offices and holding branch managers accountable for their numbersCoaching and developing managers and negotiators, and building strong teams in each branchRecruiting to fill gaps and keep the area well staffedGrowing market share through new instructions, valuations and local profileReviewing pipeline, conversion and fee income across the area and acting on what you findGetting involved in high-value instructions and negotiations where your experience will make a differenceMaking sure every office delivers the level of service a premium brand is expected to offerReporting on area performance to the senior leadership teamWhat we're looking forExperience as an Area Director, or as a branch manager with a proven record of running a high-performing officeStrong knowledge of the South West London sales marketA track record of hitting targets and building teams that deliverConfidence leading managers as well as negotiatorsGood commercial judgement and comfort working with numbersSomeone people want to work for, with a hands-on approach to leadershipA full UK driving licence (to move between offices)What's on offer£60,000 basic salaryOTE of £125,000 to £150,000Responsibility for five established officesThe backing of a respected agent with more than 20 years in its marketsClear scope to shape the area and grow your earnings
