Temporary Sales Support

As a Sales Support professional in Burgess Hill, you will help the Sales team keep customer information, orders and day-to-day administration organised within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector. You will handle essential sales administration tasks so the team can respond clearly and keep work moving. Client Details The organisation operates in Burgess Hill. Description Maintain accurate sales records and customer information to support clear day-to-day activity. Process sales administration tasks promptly, helping orders and enquiries move through the team. Prepare sales documents and updates so colleagues have the information they need. Respond to routine customer enquiries and direct requests to the appropriate contact. Keep files, records and correspondence organised for easy access. Work closely with Sales colleagues to coordinate administrative priorities. Update internal systems with relevant sales and customer details.Profile A successful 'Sales Support' should have: Experience of providing sales administration or customer support. Confidence in maintaining accurate records and handling detailed information. Ability to manage enquiries, documents and updates in an organised way. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Comfort using internal systems and standard office software. Ability to prioritise day-to-day tasks in a busy Sales setting.Job Offer Temporary Sales Support contract.
