The Role
\n * Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils across the curriculum
\n * Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities
\n * Support pupils with their learning, focus and engagement
\n * Help manage classroom routines and promote positive behaviour
\n * Encourage pupil independence, confidence and participation
\n * Monitor progress and share feedback with teachers and relevant staff

\n

\n

Essential Requirements
\n * Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school setting
\n * Good communication, organisation and teamwork skills
\n * Patience, resilience and a positive, proactive approach
\n * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
\n * Right to work in the UK
