Complete Classroom Services is currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work within educational settings in Bedford.

The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide effective classroom support, helping pupils engage with learning and develop their confidence and independence.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
Providing tailored support to meet individual learning needs.
Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining a supportive learning environment.
Helping pupils develop their academic, social and emotional skills.
Promoting inclusion and ensuring all pupils have the opportunity to succeed.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates who:
Have a genuine passion for supporting children and young people.
Demonstrate patience, flexibility and a positive attitude.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Can work effectively as part of a team and follow direction from teaching staff.
Have previous experience in a school or educational setting, although relevant transferable experience may also be considered.
