- Servicing vehicles with precision and attention to detail as the Vehicle Technician
- Performing MOT tests and ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Servicing a variety of vehicle makes and models, including hybrids and electric vehicles
- Maintaining accurate service records and communicating effectively with customers
- Providing technical guidance and support to team members
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role
- Qualification at Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Level 2 considered for suitable individuals)
- Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with Bosch and AA diagnostic systems
- Full UK driving licence
- MOT Tester Licence (training offered if needed)
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
- Proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
