Service Designer
Location: London / Remote (United Kingdom)
Duration: 6 months +
Candidates must be UK Nationals with at least 5 years UK residency and either hold active SC Clearance or be eligible to obtain SC/BPSS clearance.

What you'll be doing
- Support a programme of work focused on better managing content management across the department

- Bring service design thinking to complex problems, helping teams move from insight to actionable improvements
- Contribute practical AI knowledge and/or experience to inform how services could be enhanced
What you'll bring
- Service design experience with a strong grounding in service-thinking and user-centred outcomes
- Strong communication skills and confidence managing stakeholders across different groups
- Ability to work effectively in complex transformation environments
- UK National status, with a minimum of 5 years UK residency
- AI knowledge and/or practical experience
