KITCHEN PORTER – CENTRAL LONDON
Monday to Friday | Contract Catering | Daytime Shifts | Immediate Starts
We are recruiting experienced Kitchen Porters for contract catering and hospitality venues across Central London. Ideal for reliable candidates looking for regular weekday kitchen work.
Pay: £12.71–£14.80 per hour + Holiday Pay, depending on venue and experience.
The Role
- Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining high kitchen hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Supporting chefs with basic food preparation
- Managing waste and recycling
- Keeping the kitchen clean, safe and organised
- Supporting the smooth running of daily kitchen operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year’s UK Kitchen Porter experience – essential
- Experience in contract catering, restaurants, hotels or commercial kitchens
- Level 2 Food Safety Certificate preferred
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Available Monday to Friday, all 5 days
